POS Integration
Learn how to connect your POS system with Pourify to sync poured vs. sold data in real time. Step-by-step instructions to optimize inventory control and track performance effortlessly.
With the Pourify integration, you can directly compare poured volumes with your registered sales data. This gives bar managers and owners the power to identify discrepancies, reduce waste, and improve profit margins—all in real-time.
What you need:
- An active Pourify subscription
- A Pourify Hub installed per bar
- Your POS admin credentials or API key
- Your Pourify AppToken (found in app settings)

How to Connect your POS with Pourify
Step 1: Request API Access
Contact Untill support and request your API credentials (or let your POS provider assist with this). You’ll need:

API Endpoint (URL)
-
Username
-
Password or token
Step 2: Log in to Pourify
Go to the Pourify app navigate to:
Settings → POS Integration → Setup POS Integration
.
Step 3: Choose Untill
From the list of available POS systems, select your POS system (eg. Untill)
Step 4: Enter API Credentials
Fill in your:

API URL
-
Username
-
Password or token
Then click Connect.
Step 5: Link Bars
Assign each Pourify bar to its corresponding POS terminal or zone.
Step 6: Link Products
Match your Untill articles (e.g. “Bacardi Cola”) to the Pourify product(s) used behind the bar. You can define:

Standard CL per product
-
Multiple Pourify products per POS item if applicable
