Unpairing a Pourer and Resetting It with the Magnet

When to Unpair a Pourer

• You’re removing it from a bottle or bar

• You want to assign it to a different product

• The Pourer is no longer in use and should be reset

Step-by-Step

1. Open the Pourify App

• Go to your venue settings

• Tap the Pourers list

2. Tap the pink ❌ icon next to the Pourer you want to remove

• A confirmation pop-up will appear

3. Tap Unpair to confirm

⚠️ This action cannot be undone

You’ll now need to reset the Pourer before reusing it

4. Use the Magnetto Reset

• Place the magnet on the reset zone (backside of the Pourer)

• Hold it in place for 1 full minute (60 seconds)

• This clears the device memory so it can be paired again

❗ Important

A Pourer cannot be re-paired until it has been fully reset with the magnet after unpairing.
