Pourer Not Registering Pours or Sending Data
Is the Pourer not showing up in your data? Follow these steps to check pairing, signal, and how to send pour history manually.
Step 1: Make Sure It’s Paired

Open the Pourify App

Go to Pourers
-
Make sure the Pourer is paired to a product
⚠️ Unpaired Pourers will not track or send data
Step 2: Activate by Motion

Pourers are motion-activated
-
Pick up or tilt the bottle to trigger data logging
Note: Pourers do not have LEDs — they send data silently
Step 3: Check the Hub Connection

Data is sent via Bluetooth 5.0 to the Hub

The Hub must be:

Powered via USB-C
-
Connected to Wi-Fi
-
Within ~5–10 meters of the Pourer

Step 4: Use the Magnet to Force a Sync
-
Touch the magnet to the back of the Pourer for 1 second

The blue LED on the Hub will light up, confirming it received the stored pours
Step 5: Offline Data Storage

If Bluetooth is unavailable, the Pourer stores up to 150 pours internally
-
The Hub can store up to 10,000 pours if Wi-Fi is down

Both devices sync automatically once reconnected
Step 6: Factory Reset (Only if needed)

Hold the magnet on the back of the Pourer for 60 seconds

Then unpair it in the app and re-pair to a product
