Hub Won’t Connect — What To Do
Is your Hub not connecting to the app or internet? Follow these steps to check power, Wi-Fi, placement, and reset if needed.
Step 1: Check the Power
-
Plug in your Hub using the included USB-C cable.
-
The LED light should turn on.
⚠️ No light = no power. Try a different cable or power source.
Step 2: Check Your Wi-Fi
-
The Hub works on 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi only (not 5 GHz).
-
Make sure your Wi-Fi is active and stable.
-
A mobile hotspot can also work in temporary setups like festivals.
💡 The Hub sends pour data to the cloud via Wi-Fi. Without Wi-Fi, pours are stored locally but not synced.
Step 3: Place the Hub Correctly
For best performance, follow these tips:
-
✅ Place the Hub away from liquids or potential spills
-
✅ Use a strong and stable 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi connection
-
✅ Keep the Hub within 5–10 meters of your Pourers
-
🚫 Avoid direct sunlight or cold areas
-
🚫 Keep away from crowded electronics or metal cabinets
-
🚫 Minimize signal blocks like thick walls or closed shelving
Step 4: Re-pair the Hub in the App
-
Open the Pourify App and go to your venue’s Settings
-
Tap Hubs to see if your Hub is listed
-
If not:
-
Tap Add Hub and follow the pairing steps
-
Still not working? Reset the Hub using the magnet:
-
Hold the magnet on the reset zone (just above the USB port) for 60 seconds
-
Unpair the Hub in the app, then re-add it
- Unplug and plug again in the power outlet
-
❗ The magnet is only for resetting — not for waking up the Hub.
-
Still Not Working?
-
Make sure Bluetooth and Wifi are enabled on your phone
-
Stand close to the Hub during pairing
-
Double-check your Wi-Fi name and password
