How to Factory Reset a Pourify Pourer
Need to reset a Pourer to clear its pairing or fix a sync issue? Here’s how to bring it back to factory settings using just the app and a magnet.
🧰 What You’ll Need

A small, strong magnet (like one from a fridge or speaker)

The Pourify Pourer to be reset

The Pourify app, installed and logged in
🔁 Step-by-Step: Resetting a Pourer
1. Unpair the Pourer in the App

Open the Pourify app and go to your venue settings.

Tap the Pourer you want to reset.

Press the pink “✕” icon next to it and select Unpair.

Confirm the unpairing.
This will remove the Pourer from your dashboard.
2. Trigger the Factory Reset with a Magnet
Once the Pourer is unpaired:

Flip the Pourer over to locate the small dot on the back (opposite side of the logo).

Place a magnet directly over the dot and hold it firmly for 60 seconds.
🧲 There is no LED indicator on the Pourer, so you won’t see a light—but after 60 seconds, the reset is complete.

You’re moving it to another venue or bottle
